March 19, 2020 – Vukota Capital Management (“VCM”) recently completed the sale of Stratus Apartments which resulted in a deal-level IRR and equity multiple of 44% and 2.9x, respectively.

Purchased by VCM in April 2016, Stratus Apartments is conveniently located on Airport Road, one of Colorado Springs’ major east-west thoroughfares, with significant nearby retail, restaurants and entertainment. The property is less than five minutes south of Citadel Mall, which consists of over 150 stores.
