Purchased by VCM in December 2016, Aviator Apartment Homes is conveniently located between two largest north-south thoroughfares in Colorado Springs, Academy and Powers Boulevard, providing residents with immediate access to major city attractions. Academy Boulevard has consistently been the city’s most significant retail thoroughfare.
