Vukota Capital Acquires Hillandale Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia

February 24, 2020 – Vukota Capital Management (“VCM”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hillandale Medical Center, two medical office buildings totaling 31,151 SF, located within the Eastern Corridor of Atlanta, Georgia.

Hillandale Medical Center is comprised of two buildings built in 2006 and 2008, each totaling 15,515 SF. The properties are in close proximity to Emory Hillandale Hospital, a ten-year old, 100-bed community hospital, and is strategically located along Atlanta’s I-20 East Corridor, which continues to experience significant growth.
