Vukota Real Estate Acquires The Beverly Apartments in Richardson, Texas

April 30, 2018 – Vukota Real Estate is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Beverly Apartments, a 200-unit apartment building located in Richardson, Texas. Vukota Real Estate closed the purchase as part of a targeted joint venture with a single equity partner.

The apartment community was constructed in 1979 and features 26 two-story buildings. The property provides tenants with easy access to Downtown Dallas and North Dallas employment centers. Richardson is home to the Telecom Corridor which is located along the North Central Expressway and has attracted major national firms in the telecommunications and insurance industries for decades. Additionally, the property is located less than two miles from the 200,000+ square foot, Richardson Heights Shopping Center, and seven miles from the North Park Center, one of the top five shopping malls in the country.

The acquisition of The Beverly Apartments expands our portfolio in Dallas to 512 units.
