Vukota Real Estate Acquires 346 & 360 Acoma Street in Denver, Colorado

DENVER, CO, June 27, 2017 – Vukota Real Estate, LLC (“VRE”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 346 and 360 Acoma Streeet in Denver, Colorado. Located adjacent to Denver Health, in the Baker Historic District near the Broadway Corridor and Wash Park area, 360 Acoma is the former headquarters for Mi Casa Resource Center, a storied non-profit institution that has constructed and built a new facility in Westwood. 346 Acoma includes a smaller parcel sandwiched between the former Mi Casa facility and high profile Baker Tower. VRE plans to build a 171-unit multifamily community that will serve neighboring major employment centers such as the Speer Boulevard Media Corridor, Denver Health, Anthem Blue Cross and the Golden Triangle.
