Vukota Capital Management Expands Team with Two Key Hires

DENVER, CO – Vukota Capital Management (VCM) announced the appointment of Gregory Davine as Director of Multifamily Acquisitions, and Joshua Suter as Managing Principal.

In his role, Mr. Suter will be responsible for deal origination, capital development, as well as client management assuring that all of VCM’s clients are acknowledged. Josh has 15+ years of experience in the investment industry, and previously managed a broker dealer which specialized in niche equity and debt private placements across multiple industries, with an emphasis on real estate and water rights. Josh holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Western State University, and has held 6, 7, 24, 39, and 63 FINRA licenses

Mr. Davine will be responsible for identifying attractive, long term markets where of which VCM can execute its multifamily investments strategy. Greg will also seek for sale opportunities directly from multi-family owners in addition to the multi-family real estate brokerage community. In addition, Greg will also oversee closed acquisitions until full transaction has taken place to VCM’s assets management group. Mr. Davine has 30+ years of experience in executing real estate acquisitions and performing asset management activities, particularly in the multi-family sector. Greg was previously a captive consultant to the Paul’s Real Estate Opportunity Fund III where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and underwriting commercial properties for an alternative lending fund. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Denver.
