Vukota Capital Management Finishes 2015 Strong

Denver, CO – Vukota Capital Management (VCM) had a thriving 2015 with the purchase of 7 apartment complexes throughout Colorado. VCM acquired 4 apartment complexes located in Colorado Springs, and 3 other in the Greater Denver Area. These transactions bring VCM’s multifamily holdings to 8 properties in Colorado.

VCM also purchased a parcel of land in the Prospect District of Downtown Denver with plans to build a residential condominium development on the land in the upcoming year.

In addition to the condo development project, VCM is moving forward in 2016 with three new apartment complex deals underway.
